“Lovely ambience and great food time and time again”
When you return somewhere, you know it's a winner - this pub and its food is a winner. Simple, relaxed, great menu, always a great meal - consistently good regardless of when we call in - to be recommended.
“Proper country pub”
We visited The Plough as it is situated a couple of hundred yards from where we were staying. This is a proper country pub with ample parking, lots of outside seating, very sociable bar staff, and a good selection of beers. Although we did not eat here the food being served looked really good. A very well presented pub. Highly recommended.
